Online Banking Upgrade FAQ
Business Banking 


We’re upgrading our internet banking to a new platform called Configure Digital, to provide a faster, more secure, and modern online banking experience. To ensure a smooth transition, please review the following information and take necessary action on items below.

The upgrade will go live on Wednesday, September 23, 2026.
All business internet banking access will be temporarily unavailable from Monday September 21st at 5:00 p.m. MT until Wednesday September 23rd at 8:00 a.m. MT. (39 hours).    


🏢 Business Profiles & Account Setup

  • Your business profile will be upgraded automatically.
  • All accounts tied to your business Tax ID will move over as is.

👥 Users & Access

  • Your current users will be migrated to the new system with their roles and permissions.

🔁 DWB Internal Transfers

  • Future-dated and recurring internal transfers will be moved to the new system.
  • Templates for internal transfers will not move over and must be recreated.
👉 User Action:
  • After the upgrade, recreate any necessary internal transfer templates.

💳 Bill Pay

  • You will not need to re-enroll in bill pay.
  • Payees, scheduled payments and history of payments will carry over.
👉 User Actions:
  • Before the upgrade: Save a list of your payees, scheduled payments and any necessary history of payments.
  • After the upgrade:
    • Verify all payees and scheduled payments carried over correctly.
If You Previously Used Consumer Bill Pay:
  • Some business users were using our consumer bill pay system (CheckFree RXP).
  • These users will need to switch to CheckFree Small Business bill pay.

💳 Quicken & QuickBooks


Important Notice: If you use QuickBooks or Quicken, this upgrade will require updates to your software to maintain uninterrupted access.

🔐 Security & Login


Username and Password Login Users
  • Your username and password will remain the same.
  • You no longer need to select ‘business’ in the new upgrade.
Soft Token Authentication
To maintain the highest level of security and align with our new digital banking platform, we will be transitioning to a new version of the DigiPass soft token app.
We recognize that many of our business users recently enrolled in the current DigiPass app, and we understand this update may be unexpected. Unfortunately, due to changes in platform requirements, the existing app is no longer compatible with our upgraded system.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we make this transition to ensure a more secure and unified experience.

What to Expect:
  • You will be prompted to download the new DigiPass app (FI DigiPass) when you first log in to Configure Digital.
  • The setup process is quick and will walk you through enabling your new token.
  • All users will be required to enter their username and PASSWORD for every log in after the upgrade.
  • Once entered, each user will be prompted for token authentication with their DigiPass app.
  • The use of a PIN will no longer be required after the upgrade.
👉 User Actions:
  • For your first login post upgrade, enter your username and password. If you do not know your password, please click ‘Forgot Password’.
  • Follow the on-screen prompts to enroll your token in the new app.
  • Delete the previous DigiPass token app from your device to avoid confusion.

🏦 ACH


Templates:
  • ACH templates will migrate.
👉 User Action:
  • Before the upgrade, review your ACH batches and save any necessary as a template.
    • We recommend creating templates now for files you reuse, as the new system does not support the "Copy Previous File" feature.
    • To easily create a template, from an ACH batch, select ‘save as a template’ on the bottom of the ACH file.
ACH History:
  • All ACH History will not migrate.
👉 User Action:
  • Before the upgrade, retain any history from ACH payments necessary.
Scheduled/ Recurring ACH Batches:
  • Future-dated and recurring ACH batches will not migrate.
👉 User Action:
  • After the upgrade, verify and reschedule any ACH batches that were set for future dates.
Participants (Payees):
  • An ACH Participant will be created for each unique payee, in your ACH batches, from the last 180 days.
👉 User Action:
  • Before the upgrade, update and delete any old payee’s on your ACH templates to eliminate duplicated participants post upgrade.
  • After the upgrade, verify participants and get rid of any duplicated participants.

📷 Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) & Mobile Deposit

  • Your access and permissions will migrate.
  • Mobile deposit will be available for all businesses after the upgrade.

Account Alerts:
  • Some account alerts will not migrate.
  • There are new alert features available in the new platform.  
👉 User Action:
  • Before the upgrade, review your account alerts.
  • After the upgrade, re-set any necessary alerts.
